We work hard to address and raise the profile of key environmental issues in the context of the COMAH regulations, and where necessary we challenge the status quo. For example, we believe there is an absence of consistent information to be used in cost-benefit-analyses during COMAH ALARP demonstration. This is something that is a recurring issue for countless hazardous installations and something we have written about and presented on in conferences. We are now working with the Energy Institute to develop guidance to bridge this gap. In short, we are not afraid to take on difficult challenges, sometimes asking necessarily controversial questions to prompt debate and push for advancement, especially on issues that span the industry.
